Elizabeth
Banks
The Hunger Games stars donned their glad rags for the London
premiere of the new film last night. Elizabeth Banks, who plays Effie Trinckett
in the film, shone with her beautiful blonde updo. Her pale blonde hair really
suits her rosy complexion, while the centre-parting and face-framing layers
ensure her updo is soft and not severe – a bit like her character.
January
Jones
New mum January Jones lets her hair down post-pregnancy at
the Paley Fest. The blonde actress keeps her jaw-length locks messy and shaggy,
with a side swept fringe and side parting adding to her dishevelled but
gorgeous look. We also spy a strand of faded pink – a look that Chloe Moretz
has also favoured recently – is this the latest celebrity hair trend? Watch
this space.
Jennifer
Lawrence
Well hasn’t Jennifer Lawrence grown up? The young actress
first caught our attention for her star-turn in gritty movie Winter’s Bone in
2010, but since then has gone on to star in X Men: First Class and now the
highly anticipated Hunger Games trilogy. For the premiere of the first film,
The Hunger Games, she looked like the character she plays, Katniss Everdeen.
All glammed up in her gold dress and with lashings of eye liner and visibly
blonder hair, she looked stunning. We love her messy up-do and choppy fringe,
which are staples of Jennifer’s, as well as the new hair colour which she pulls
off with aplomb.
